We’ve got a beginners’ drumming workshop on Wednesday the 22nd of October. It’s free, drums are provided and you don’t need any prior experience. Please contact us to reserve a space, though you can just turn up on the night too. You can select “coming” on the Facebook event too.
You can also come to the free workshop at the Percussion Night on Saturday 15th November at The Long Table in Stroud.
If you enjoy the session then you can continue with regular Wednesday night sessions. More information about them follows.
Learn to play Rio samba with an enthusiastic group. New members are always welcome. No prior experience is required. Drums are provided. The first session is free.
The beginners’ sessions are on Wednesday evenings at Stroud Baptist Church Hall, Union Street, Stroud GL5 2 HA. Google maps. There’s also a dance class and main band rehearsal on Tuesdays at OpenHouse.
7 pm: doors open
- 7:15 pm to 8:45 pm: drumming session
- There will be a break in the middle of the session
Cost:
- The first session is free.
- Then it’s £7 per session for block booking or £8 for pay as you go.
